Do you offer refunds or exchange?​
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items, so choose carefully.

 

A product In my order arrived incomplete or damaged, What should I do?
Please contact us immediately on 07053937062 (WhatsApp) or email info@leemahluxuryltd.com. Issues must be reported to us within 5 working days (from date of delivery). Any issues reported after this time will unfortunately not be valid. If you arrange for collection of your order by a 3rd party delivery company and your order is damaged in transit, Leemah Luxury will unfortunately not be liable for any damages incurred.

 

How do I change or cancel my order to get a refund?
Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified. We begin processing as soon as your order is placed, in order to ship out your products efficiently.

I typed in the wrong address, how do I change it? 
Please contact us immediately on 07053937062 or info@leemahluxuryltd.com. However, once orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. Where a wrong address is provided, and items are undeliverable at first attempt, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.
